Travellers Responsibilities

Travel Declaration – SARS

Travellers entering or leaving South Africa by air, land or sea will need to complete a traveller declaration. The online traveller declaration process will collect and process your travel information and provide an electronic response via email confirming declaration.

Schedule Changes and Flight Cancellations

It has been highlighted to the airlines how important traveller information is and that it needs to be available in your reservation should they need to contact you. As such, 360 Degrees Travel automatically provide the airlines with your contact number and e-mail address so that you are notified accordingly.

If you prefer us NOT to provide this information to the relevant airlines, please ensure that your consultant is made aware of this. We then need to add a note to your reservation of your refusal to comply with the IATA resolution governing reservations procedures.

Price Guarantee

Please note that airfares, accommodation and tours quoted are not guaranteed until such time as the documents are processed and finalised

Travel Documents

It is the travellers responsibility to check that all the travel documents (passports and visas) are in order. If you are unsure of any travel requirements, please check with your travel consultant.

360 Degrees Travel will not be held responsible for any air tickets issued in the incorrect name if clear copies or passport / ID have not been received.
